The Home

One of Washington’s great estates, The Williams-Addison House is on one of Georgetown’s largest privately owned lots. This Second Empire mansion was originally constructed c1815-1817. Properly designed to appeal to and impress its owner and guests, the renovation and restoration of this home will command a sense of true elegance by preserving and enhancing upon a historic past.

The main house consists of over 10,000 square feet of living space. At each turn you are welcomed into a space that is both inviting and comfortably proportioned for its intended purpose.
